Under the laws of Ukraine, jewellery is not eligible for return or exchange in accordance with:

• Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, "On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine on Consumer Protection", which includes jewellery in the list of goods of satisfactory quality that cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", which regulates the return and exchange of goods of satisfactory quality.
